By accessing our website and booking our services (including AMC plans and standard repairs), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
We strive to arrive at your location within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, emergency situations or traffic conditions may cause slight delays. All initial estimates provided via phone or website are approximate and may change once our technician inspects the appliance on-site.
Our AMC plans cover specific services as outlined in the plan details. Replacement parts, major structural repairs, and damage caused by external factors (e.g., electrical surges, natural disasters) are generally not covered under standard AMC plans unless explicitly stated. AMC plans are non-transferable and non-refundable once the first service has been conducted.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless you are subscribed to an ongoing AMC plan. We provide a limited warranty on the specific parts we replace and the labor associated with that specific repair. This warranty does not cover future breakdowns of unrelated components in the same appliance.
